ID Plus Biscuits

Featured Replies

We have had a number of ID Plus biscuits which have been incorrectly labelled (since they first came out last year). In one box today, I had 3 biscuits which were incorrect - Biscuit labelled 2 reported as 1, 5 reported as 4, and 10 reported as 9.

Anyone else?

We've had the same problem. Novar are aware of it and have supposedly corrected it but I beleive there were lots of biscuits shipped out before they realised the mistake

Any comments / opinions posted are my opinion only and do not represent those of my employer or Company

Tsk tsk tsk, is there anything ADE can do right, im beginning to doubt it

Biscuit 1 was fine, as were all the other biscuits in the pack.

Is there a batch number printed on the inlay card of the box to identify them?

Then it just sounds "mistyping" but regardless the reason there will be extra time consumption which no one wants to pay... :(
