Sterling 10 Bottom Line Text

Featured Replies

I've checked the manual and searched the archives but I can't find out how to remove the annoying 'Bottom Line Text' from the Sterling 10 Alarm.

It's not a major issue but I'd rather it was either blank or say something like 'Robs Alarm'.

Sorry if this an obvious question but I can't find the answer. Can anyone help :(

:) hi can you please tell me how to do this as ive got the same thing the firm that installed it has now gone bankrupt so dont need the phone number and twice this week the tamper thinghy on the remote lcd screen has gone off no zone number i was wondering can i just disconect the wires in the main box and i have just had a new shed built so i would like to have a pir in their.the garage has i bell box and pir so i was thinking just taking two or more that are spare from there and wiring the pir up from this not botherd about the tamper switch thingy thanks for your time reading this :):P

All the above needs to be programmed in the engineers menu, if the company gone bust then there is no chance of you getting them back and they will have put their own code in it, the best solution would be to get a company in who can sort your problems out, get a quote first and make sure they are a well know company.
