Do I need inspectorate approval before I can get Police response to my monitored systems?

And unless your conversant with the relevant standards and regulations your in for a rather steep learning curve.

Try the SSAIB for advice on your next moves, or NSI. you will need to be a member of one of these inspectorates before your installations will be issued URN's by the police.

B) I hope you have some cash stashed away, as the insurance alone may put you off.

But hey you can offer a keyholders response via a monitoring station.
