Hello, I recently installed the above alarm system and it all works great. In the last couple of days I upped the number of keypads to 2 and again it all works but the A, B, C & D keys on the second (new) keypad don’t light up when the alarm has been set. They do still light up on the first keypad. 
 

Is this as you would expect according to design or am I missing a trick or maybe the keypad is faulty. 

I’m not utilising partitions but I am using button A for full set and B for part set, omitting upstairs detectors. 

Both keypads are wired in a star configuration and are key-KPZ01 models.

Whilst writing this I notice the firmware is pretty old and so I’ll have a go at updating this, which might solve the issue.
