Hoping someone can help I have a Galaxy G48 and at random times of the day (or more annoyingly) the night, it alarms as door forced max reader. The issue is I don’t have any max door readers. I have moved the reader address to an unused group and still get the issue. Does anyone have any ideas?

I had a similar issue with a galaxy 96 where it showed a tamper on a rio that didn't exist   

Rebooting the panel fixed the issue  BUT MAKE SURE THE BIOS BATTERY IS GOOD
