Hi

I've just moved into my new house and we have a Challenger V111 control panel alarm system fitted. The previous tenants claim they've never known the code. I've tried the default 1234 to no avail. Is there a way I can reset the system back to factory settings or will I need to bite the bullet and call out the installer.

Any help is much appreciated on this matter.
