We've got Andy from Dowshu coming down to our place tomorrow to show us some new software thats literally hot off the press. We've installed about 30 of these over the last 6 months, all signalling to our own CS and they do tend to be quite reliable. The shedules can take some getting used to as well as the IT aspects but as a PC based DVR, they beat Honeywell's Transpac system hands down for features. I get cheaper technical call charges now as they have a new base in Warrington.

maybe, in my experience, they are great, and like u say easy to setup each cam
