Menvier TS690 Door Sensor

Hi all,

I posted this a few days back but it appears to have been lost...

Thanks to everyone who has given me advice over the past couple of weeks. I have now managed to install my new bell box and get my remote keypad and sensors etc working on my Menvier TS690R system (after performing a factory reset).

The only thing I have left to get working is the remote door sensor.

The sensor is hard-wired into the control panel, but doesn't seem to DO anything. Do you know if there is something I need to do to 'learn' the device to the control panel? I have tried playing with the wires going to it in an attempt to trigger a tamper, but that didn't seem to help... The Menvier 'support' team refuse to give me any advice or literature because I'm not a fully qualified and registered engineer

Any advice greatly appreciated. for your help so far!!!
