I would use the scanny if the customer is on a budget, but when they see an Excel keypad they go for that one.

I found that if you give them too much choice it just confuses them and often they dont bother with a system at all. Better to keep it simple, offer them one good quality system.

I agree, never had a complaint about the scannie pad.

You will get some like things and others not, as long as its reliable and is approved then each to their own.

I know where your coming from. Other than what ive already said i dont give choices, like you say keep it simple.

I really can't be ar**** with it anymore.
