I, with a mate have just installed a Infinite Prime system and have had a few problems along the way.

The latest problem started when we tried to input the telephone numbers for the PTSN all went well until we come out of the menu system.

SYSTEM TROUBLE came up with PROGRAMME CORRECT COMM INTERFACE.

Search the manual, the net, Womans Own Magazine and nothing whatsoever.

Can anyone out there help me out :shy: .

don't know the kit, but seems it is not regarding the PSTN modem as being active,.

try a power down and power up, also make sure you confirm each entry before moving on, not all panels will accept block entry programming.
