I’ve recently upgraded the matrix to a WJ-SX650. The dvr and controller are existing. The problem is that the user cannot control the playback through the controllers only if they go to the dvr’s. As the matrix is the only thing that has been changed I probably have missed programming something there can anyone help. Below is the equipment used:

panasonic wv-cu650 controller

panasonic wj-hd316a dvr

panasonic wj-sx650 matrix
