Nova-Security Posted September 1, 2004 Share Posted September 1, 2004 I want to designe a risk assessment for our ipaqs so it can be filled out on site at the time of survey, has anybody tried this yet ? Got a couple of risk assessments of the NSI and Redcare and they would be simple to put on a ipaq, but would need updateding when the grading is decieded on.
