are you currently employed as a apprentice under an apprentice scheme,you have rights with regards being made redundant..id contact your college if your enrolled or union/cab

I'm not an apprentice. I am training younger brother. My company has to have 2 people working together at all times due to the extreme health & safety rules on our sites. He is not on any scheme. Our current main contract is up for tender ( results in 2 weekes). If goes sour we could be possibly made redundant. Just want to bd one step ahead to help him. Thanks for advice.
