November 6, 201114 yr comment_278417 I moved house in June, and the new house is fitted with an Optima Compact alarm with an LED keypad. The system has been working fine up until about a week ago. Then about a week ago, every time the sensor in the kitchen sensed movement, it caused the alarm to beep (not alarm), and the red light on the control panel to light up. I have read through the user guide, and I cannot see how to solve the problem. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, as I really can't afford to call out an engineer (possibly not until the new year). Thanks in advance for your help.
