We have been asked to quote for some additions on a site that has a ID2000 panel fitted, existing customer so its in the bag but i no very little about this panel.

Would we be able to program the additions from the front door if not would we be able to get the required software?

You can autolearn, descript and zone from the panel but depends on how many devices you are adding. 1-5 then maybe, anymore and you'll be there a while. You won't get the parts or anyhelp from Notifier unless you're an ESD, which I assume you're not. Don't know where you'll be getting the parts from either? You'd be better subbying it to an ESD on supply and commission and then put your margin on top.
