Hi can somehelp me connect a pyronix bg16df break glass to a galaxy 16+ control pannel

on the break glass i have the following connectors

Tamper

Tamper

N/C

N/C

I have connected the +- the it is getting power

Also connected both N/C to a zone with 1k resistor across it. but it still say tamper when i test it.

tried 1k across the tamper and N/C but still not working

any ideas

Try this, if I explain it right it should work. Take 1 wire from the zone and stick it into a tamper terminal,take a leg of the first 1k resister and put it into the other tamper terminal then put the other leg of the resister into NC. Get your second 1k resister and put a leg into the same NC terminal as the first resister put the other leg into the other NC along with the remaining wire from the zone.
