updated a system with a new powered rio and keypad on line 2, the keypad on line 1 all ok, line 2 keypad when setting with the fob it does not display the coundown timer or zones that are open, and cant stop setting with esc key. will only stop if you present fob again. if you input code and a system sets as normal,,,, no groups are programmed in, keypads addresses all ok, tried re-addressing keypads, swopped keypads over, restarted panel, anyone help please spend 3 hours trying to sort out

What s/w version is it. I had a similar problem but was with Dimension update sorted it.

think it was 5.05

I would get a spi key and update to 5.55.Think there was a Honeywell Customer Product Information Bulletin published about the fault but can't find it.
