May 18, 201114 yr comment_273648 I installed a system very similar to this. In that case, the fire alarm was a category 5 (Not really a fire alarm at all) it was only there to open the smoke vents on the correct floors when needed, with the idea of alerting people thrown on as a bit of an afterthought. As far as I remember, that’s all the fire risk assessment asked for. Think I should add that I only installed this, I was not part of the project management on this one.
