April 26, 201115 yr comment_272851 Help The Control box tamper is triggering about once a week on a Gardtec 595 panel. Seems to be related to when the case gets warm in this unseasonable weather (case is in loft). Is this a simple matter of pulling the spring contact a bit so it sits harder against the case and thus stops these false trips. I am worknig on the assumption that the case tampe circuit is a normally closed one through the spring/case and return wire that is tagged on the case and back to the main PCB. anyone as this is becoming annoying - esp when it's in the middle of the night. April 26, 201115 yr comment_272854 Hi Paul, just extend the spring and all should be ok. Thats one thing that annoys me about that panel with the spring on the front of the PCB. !
