Hello

Recently our alarm went off when entering our home, the code was typed in but then the keypad went down, and its totally dead. I have tried to reset it using the user guide but the screen is just blank. The outside box lights are still flashing.

Please help!

Sounds like you have a a faulty key pad or a power fault. I'd recommend calling an approved alarm company out to have a look.
