Hi can any one help me I have a perm 24 and worked fine I recently came back from holiday and found out I had been broken into the system thankfully did it's job and nothing was taken how ever I found settings have been changed and cant acces the eng menu Texecom have advised me the nvm may have been locked I however can't dial into the system the change the nvm setting can any one help me as the system was fine befor I went away thanx
