I have a Paragon Plus alarm and want to omit one of the zones, of which, according to the manual, there are 6.

I want to omit zone 6 and the manual says I should enter shift then 0 then the zone number (6) then shift again. If I do this nothing at all happens. It seems that the only option I have is for a full set

Any Ideas?

Have you tried to enter your user code first?

The panel has 3 part sets, but they need to be programmed by the installer..

I think that does the trick - should have thought of that really but would have been easier if they had put it in the manual
