I am having problems resetting a Tamper fault on a Menvier TS400 Control Panel.

Spike has possibly zapped the system or more likely the user has had access to the engineer code and has been pressing keys like a maniac and managed to change all settings.

At best the panel needs defaulting and re-programming, at worst it's scrap and needs replacing.
