customer wants us to takeover their security system ex HiTec control panel is push button white metal case and has Houseguard HCS 7 on the front . Can anybody help?

a lot cheaper to remove it and install a 9448!

We used to mess about with ordering manuals and the like but by the time you have done that and had an engineer try and understand it on site or call out the new panel has paid for its self.
