Hi - can anyone help urgently?

I have an Optima XM house alarm that I need to disable asap. I am having an extension built and it needs to be relocated in the morning. I thought it would be a simple job but I (and the builders) am baffled.

How do I disable it?

I'd be v grateful for a prompt reply!
