Have Optima XM6 (already installed when we bought house) but no manual for troubleshooting. Alarm sounded yeserday am for no apparent reason, Zone 2 lit up . Disarmed it and tried to reset but zone 2 button remains lit, no other keys on keypad will respond, will not reset, power button is lit, all sensors working, outside box is performing as normal. Tried turning power on/off but no sound. Anyone any ideas please

You need to find out whats on zone 2.

Check detector/contact on that zone and the cable connecting it to the panel.

did you have a power cut ??

this is a common problem with these panels ,,

battery needs replacing , sum times is a fuse blown too?
