I am the security manager for a large retailer. I am very closely invloved in all aspects of our alarm systems which mainly consist of galaxy panels, We use galaxy gold as a standard. however we have a small number of Aritech panels, CD72 and ATS4000 that i would like to download and work on. Does anyone know if WinTPC is compatible with the ATS4000, and if so how to enable and manage a download from the panel to a remote PC

As Chemical says it is two different programmes, and only available from Aritech direct.
