G2 With Rf Portal "check Rf (zone #)

Have been getting above message on systems when customers set.

It flashes very quickly and stops set.

Noy sure of implications of disabling "rf check" in rf options.

Has anyone else had this problem or know of cause as not known by manufactuers

yes mate they are a pain in the xxxx, apparently this is caused when two devices collide when sending data/ie talking to each other, if you do a simple walk test starting with the first device in line this will cure your problem, if this does not cure the problem, replace the device or try another portal ie use two portals and make sure all data is tied up in daisey chain config. hope this works for you.
