Gardtec 800 - Changing The Pin?

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have a Gardtec 800 panel and I was wondering how I can change the PIN? I have the main PIN, but need to change as the number is known by someone who I would prefer not to know it now.

Thanks in advance :)

Type in your master code for the panel (NOT ENGINEER CODE !) then is will display do you want to set the system say no and keep pressing no until you see do you want to program user codes then say yes and type in 1 and this is the master code just type in the new code you want and press yes and then press 0 a few times to escape back to the time and date main screen on your keypad !

Also worth mentioning if you wish to delete any further user codes that may be programmed, just enter 000000 as the new code after selecting the appropriate user number and that user will be deleted.
