has any one fitted a Odyssey 5e bell box

just recived 2 today but can not get the front covers to fit correctly when the cover is fitted it leaves two gaps at each corner on top of the box also the cover is not hold on very good at the top culd easly be puled off ?

i thank that there are some parts missing?? so i called texecom tech support today but they could not help without takeing look at the boxes

i left like this when it rains water will get to two the boxes?
