Could anyone help whith this problem

removed an old maxcom unit ( 16 way 2 keyboards and monitors) running up coax to vcl orbiter which works fine apart from monitor 2 output

fitted new unit (32 way , 8 kb's mon's)

my understanding is that the autosetup should select coaxial telemetry if no twisted pair detected

honeywell say all these new matrix units support this

i know the unit works as it was bench tested and has been since on a test dome

but i have no telemetry on site with the new unit

re-fit old unit and have control

confused
