Hi guys,

I have a problem with a Visonic Powermax+ panel. Every time i receive an incomming call on the telephone line, the panel beeps. Nothing on outgoing calls though. I'm assuming it has something to do with line monitoring...what have i missed programming-wise?

Never used this panel but on the menvier & scantronic you can switch off the monitoring (that is if you are not remote monitoring the site ) so should be able to do some thing their although have looked at the new Ion panel and it has a 3rd connection for the phone line on the panel for use in the uk ??

I'll have yet another skim through the manuals again, i'm sure i turned off the monitoring, but i'm starting to suspect the up/download options......might be something to do with them.....dont need them so can turn them off and see if that cures the probs.
