Well thats what I would have thought. Might consider defaulting the panel prior to proceeding.

If some one could give me the string to do the following though:

Zone 1 EE, 10 Seconds Entry & Exit

Zone 2 Immediate

Set strobe confirmation

Change Engineer code & User code

Id really appreciate it!
