just recently started my security company and still got a lot of things to get in place.

At the moment I am subcontacting to the national comapnies but want to go my own way and establish myself in the area.

I installed a alarm in a house at the weekend, for one of my mums friends, but through the company of course!, and when i'd finished I handed the system over and the asked the question "NOW WOT ABOUT MAINTAINCE CONTRACT".

to wish I felt quite embarresed as I have none in place.

does anyone have any templates or ideas of wot should be in a contract regerding RM's. I know the basic stuff but dont wont to come unstuck leagally.

can somebody help!!!
