September 30, 200817 yr comment_212057 We have a C&K Securitech Active 5 system and after a power cut last night can no longer get it to recognise our code etc. Any ideas? September 30, 200817 yr comment_212061 try 1234 then go get a new battery for itcode - 91 - new code to change it back If Angus' method doesn't work power the system down completely by isolating the mains and the battery then power it back up mains first then try your existing code, it should retain the code in memory, or should it? Did Active 5s have an NVM, I remember it was basically a Racal Rascal but can't remember much else! It may have lost it's memory during the power failure but it may have just crashed as a result of low voltage. Either way, and also as Angus suggests change the battery or at least have it tested.
