Hi,

I decided to change the entry / exit times on my Honeywell system. Dont know what I did but for some reson it is no longer recognising the Keytags (Ihave two of them).

I have followed the user instructions for programming a keytag to each user which is:-

Master code > 8 (code) > user number (1-8) > wait for double beep > present tag.

When I do this I dont get a double beep, the panel simply wants me to enter a new 4 digit code. Are the instructions for adding a keytag wrong??

I don't know the panel personally but from what I can remember IF a keyfob is already in the system as another USER it won't let you reprogram it, could be that it's in as another user and that user is disabled, might be worth checking the user list if you can.
