I have recently moved into a house installed with Accenta 6 keypads. We do not know what the PIN code and can't get the info from the previous occupant, so we cannot use the alarm system.

Is there any way around this?

Give an alarm company a call and they will service your systems and default and reprogramme the system to your requirements.

Try the default code 0,1,2,3.

If this doesnt work , the panel will need defaulting and reprogramming.You could arrange a service and get it defaulted at the same time , (or get hold of the installer guide and do it yourself).
