go to the top right of the screen & click on "my controls"

once in my controls your ajustable settings are down the left hand side.

the picture is called avatar.

it tells you the maximum size you can upload.

the text at the bottom of every post is called "signature" and you can insert the text of your choice.

some user settings are possibly restricted until your post count has increased past 10
