Hi,

I hope someone can help me on the following two points.

Firstly. On the Veritas 8 I believe that the correct procedure for changing the factory set engineer code is as follows. Enter existing code (XXXX), Press prog, press 60, enter new 4 digit code, press prog, press reset.

Could someone confirm this please.

Secondly. How do you change the factory set user code (XXXX) ?

This includes codes, how to change them & engineer or installation manuals.
