Credit Crunch

Featured Replies

Hi all

Just wondered if the credit crunch is affecticing your business we have noticed less call coming in for new work might only be in the electrical feild were people are not spending maybee people spending on security insted.

Only affecting us in a positive way. E.G. -

Yesterday went round to sort a camera on a competitors job. His phone line dead. Shame, lovely bloke. Install less than 12mth old. Camera (denard PTZ dome) still under warranty, so sent to be fixed, we'll go back and refit. Two engineers (h & S), tower, two visits... all FOC. We take the long term view.

Today, upgraded stand alone swipe card for NET2 fob for an existing customer of ours whom we repaired the original door entry for 12 years ago. The original system was fitted by a competitor who never got round to fixing his system despite numerous promises. He no longer trades. We took the long view then in 1996. (we have also fitted/maintained intruder, fire, em lighting, and upgraded access since).

Steady work, in it for the long term.
