Any idea on price. I don't mind buying through an authorised dealer, would you be able to supply one?

Risco's own panel called the prosys will do all you ask and loads more, but imo not for a novice or feint hearted to install and not especially cheap either against a 'standard' panel.

imo think your be best going with a pro panel and installation by a recognised company, as if the insurance co later ask for a pro alarm to reduce premiums, you will likely have less expense and hassle with your more exotic designed system than one from Screwfix or Ebay etc.
