Just a bit of help required, bought house last year with //.Large National Installer.// system fitted, been onto //.Large National Installer.// who want lots of money to reset the system. Previous owners bought the system according to //.Large National Installer.//.

So I am going to pop in a Texecom Veritas 8C, but wish to retain bellbox, can you give me some idea of the wiring i.e which connections from panel connect to bellbox S D C B A

Are you sure that your bell box isn't a decoy? Most of the domestic "dealership" installs were monitored with an internal sounder and a decoy housing fitted outside...

Thanks for that, I have just found the internal sounder, unfortunately someone got here before me, one of the wires to the sounder had been cut, so it was only omitting very low volume.

You will all be pleased to know, Veritas 8C now fitted, tested and working.
