Hi I have a Scantronic (Cooper Menvier) 9751. I have changed the battery following its failure. But I can not reset the system - as I enter the code the system shows "lid tamper reset required" and the red "spanner" is lit - I think I need to enter the Engineers / Installers code but I don't have these codes. Can someone please advise how I reset the system. Thankyou

Call the maintenance company you have a contract with, they will have the codes for tamper reset.
