C & K 700l Factory Restet?

I wish to totally reset my 700l panel using the power down and jumper link method, I do not have the correct physical link to use in the panel what is the best tool to use to temporary link the pins to do a reset, secondly after powering back up and removing the link will the alarm be silenced or will i have to input the default engineers code into the keypad, also do i replace the lid on the panel before or after inputing the code.

sorry we do not do defaults on this forum. call a local company and they will be able to help you............ :)
