Hi all,

I have just moved into a new house and tried to change the alarm code on my C&K Securitech alarm panel using the vague instructions on the inside panel. Sadly, the previous owner did not leave us the manual and i now stuck as it doesn't now seem to work. There is still some life in the system somewhere, as there are lights on the panel but whenever i put a code in (either the old one or the new one i thought i had changed to) nothing happens except the buttons beep when you press them. Im sure it is beyond help, but does anyone have any suggestions to help me please? I cannot see a model number on the alarm panel either...

I would recommend getting a local company in to service the system for you. There is every possibility that the system may not have been serviced recenlty. A service will ensure that everything is working correctly and give you the security that you need. The engineer will also be able to sort the code for you.
