aleksandras1234
Hello, I have a question about combinig two DVRs. It will be 24 cameras in system on two 16 cameras DVR. So, how could I combine 24 cameras in one system so that it would be possible to supervise all system in 3 remote surveillance posts (2 monitors in building and 1 monitor in other city (100 km. remote). Should I use multiplexer? (20 cameras - "speed dome", 4 - fixed cameras). Thank you. sjonley
Hi Use two of my DVR's connected via RASplus administration software over a WAN. Local record in each city but stream and interrogate hard drives from multiple pc's running RASplus Kind regards Stuart Onley SAMS Consultancy Independent Security Consultants email:enquiries@samsconsultancy.co.uk website:www.samsconsultancy.co.uk Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/22796-combine-2-dvr/#findComment-194240 Share on other sites
GDC
Could try using network DVRs that support a central monitoring software so all DVRs can be pulled in over the internet/network to be viewed on one pc screen Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/22796-combine-2-dvr/#findComment-194302 Share on other sites
