Hi all

Recently while doing some building work i attempted to remove the cover of my concept 6 alarm, when doing this it started to go off.

after replacing the cover and punching in my code all was ok until i wanted to set the alarm again. The tamper light stays on along with the

power light, just can't set the alarm.......PLEASE HELP

the tamper switch on the panel lid is still open, ie bent over or not connecting with the lid.

Take the lid back off, make sure the tamper spring is located and put the lid on again. you should hear a click and then press reset. job done

Sounds like the cover has not been replaced properly and the tamper spring is still open.
