It stopped the alarm but it started flashing A and wouldn't let me reset. I turned off the power int he house hoping to reboot the alarm however now it is flashingwith what can only be described as a square'ish C? can anyone help. I ahve the user manual but it does not provide a solution. FASTCAR
Hi , A is Attack, so have you a panic button ? , if so ,make sure it is "up", this sometimes requires a key. Then try pressing Reset. Regards. Alarm Protection
When was the panel last serviced and backup batteries replaced? These panels have the habit to default settings and not let you do anything if the batteries have run out of power. ! iSTORM
It would be a good idea to get a qualified engineer to take a look at it for you, especialy if it hasn't given you any problems before, as Scottish Engineer said these panels are very temrpemental, get an engineer to give your system a once over it will give you peace of mind! Regards. I did try this actually as I checked all the panic butons - one did seem to be marginally depressed but once it was released I could still not resest!
