Regarding what panel it is, the best thing is to look at the pictures on the website. If it is a large box with onboard keypad it is most likely to be a veritas 8. If it has a small remote keypad and a seperate control panel then it is probably a veritas R8. These are the most common panels for the domestic home. Any probs let us know.
