I wonder if you can help, I have just moved into a property which has a Veritas alarm fitted. Can anybody tell me where I can get a manual for it at how to tell what model it is.

The user manual for all of the veritas panles is available from the texecom website.

This will have the user manual for you.

Regarding what panel it is, the best thing is to look at the pictures on the website.

If it is a large box with onboard keypad it is most likely to be a veritas 8.

If it has a small remote keypad and a seperate control panel then it is probably a veritas R8.

These are the most common panels for the domestic home.
