YES!! check it out at WWW.HOME-SECURITY.NL and you'll be able to ask all kind of questions regarding the FAI Home Securityguard I II & III. Seriously, anyone can send their questions - comments & complaints by e-mail to (probably) the only exsisting FAI homesecurity office, worldwide available on the web, located in The Netherlands. I do hope they will redirect anyone to a nearby FAI office. Hope this information will be helpfull to you or anyone who's been searching for a long long time...
